If you've been watching the news, I'm sure you have heard about the death of Gabby Petito and her fiancé is now "missing". I won't comment on that, but I have been contemplating writing a mystery for some time called "Where is Missing?" And I wonder, how easy would it be for you to "go missing" on purpose, ? I don't think I could. But it might be easier than I think.

Are you excited about Fall, ? I do prefer Spring and Summer, but love the colors of Fall. If it just wouldn't get cold, it'd be perfect. Anything below 75

Fahrenheit is too cold for me, anything above 100 is too hot, but I'd rather it be 100 than 30 any day. I actually had to turn on the heater in my car last night on my way home from my writers meeting.

I have had a little bit of relief, but haven't had my follow-up appointment with the endocrinologist yet. It's set for September 28th. I have been able to do a little bit of work on Hot-Rod Magazine. We're having the Lubbock Book Festival this weekend, and I'll be there for it both days. I doubt I'll get to write while there, but I'll have my iPad with me, so I might be able to. I'm not making any more predictions of when it'll be done, but I'll keep you informed.
