I received this email this morning. It looks so legitimate, I almost clicked the link in it.

Paypal says they will always address us by name, not just Dear Customer, Dear Member, etc. This one does say "Dear Mathis Rogers"

What tipped me off was where it says "Beginning March 29, 2019, to continue to hold and use balance at PayPal like you do today, " and I do not hold a balance at Paypal. Then I looked at the links and it was

This is the most legitimate-looking spoof email I've ever received, and if it is really a phishing attempt, I'm afraid most people are going to fall for it.

I looked at the privacy policies at paypal.com and did not locate anything like this except that the current one says it ends on March 28, 2019 and a new one starting on March 28, 2019, but nothing about this.

I did forward it to spoof@... and asked them to let me know if it really is legitimate and told them that I'd let everyone know not to click on anything in it if they receive it also, until I hear back from them.
